Peter didn’t start as a coach.
Like many, he tried different programs, workouts, and diets. Some worked for a short time. Most didn’t last. Progress felt temporary, motivation came and went, and there was always a gap between knowing what to do and actually sticking to it.
Everything changed when he stopped chasing quick fixes and built a system he could actually follow.
